Preventing Falls Step by Step
Falls are the leading cause
of injury among older people. Many falls can be prevented. Join us to
learn how you can stay safe and independent. Part 1: A Toronto Public
Health nurse will discuss what factors make us more likely to fall, show
us falling hazards in and around our homes, demonstrate simple ways we
can make our homes safer, and teach us what to do in case of a fall.
